Action Piece
So the idea behind my action piece is to be able to really convey the idea behind my piece and to really convey the concept overall.
With this I knew I wanted something to sneak up on Protagonist, and since at this point, Rag Doll is my favourite at this point, I decided to it the creature that sneaks up on them. Therefore, I started with a really basic sketch- a thumbnail of sorts to get the general idea of the overall composition. Once I was happy with that, I did a more refined sketch.

Here you can see I jumped to the near finished version. Light sources haven't always been my best so I was happy when it turned out that I had done better than I thought. I really wanted to imply the sneakyness of the Rag Doll and the feeling of fear and anticipation that the game should convey.
However, though I was happy with this, I felt like the Rag Doll needed to look more inconporial and thus, I messed around with darkness overlays and the blur tool to get this:
I have never been more proud of a digital work concept. The red stitches stayed the same to imply how they always stay as the only main visible thing (as mentioned in the Rag Doll page). I also drew my version of Protagonist as I felt like it was the best way to be able to fully show the aesthetic of the lighting as that is very important in horror games.

I know the anatomy is a little off, but overall I think it is an effective piece to really show the overall action of this game. It took me around a week to complete and I am very happy with the result. Again,, I used Clip Studio Paint for IPad and I hope it gets across the image of my overall story to the Players.
